Hong Kong, 16 March 2026 – Haitian International Holdings Limited, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plastic injection molding machines, reported continued growth for the financial year 2025.
Revenue increased by 10.0% to RMB 17,733.2 million, while profit attributable to shareholders rose by 7.2% to RMB 3,301.1 million compared with the previous year.

Market Development

Global manufacturing conditions in 2025 were shaped by geopolitical uncertainty, structural supply chain adjustments, and regional differences in industrial demand. At the same time, ongoing investments in advanced manufacturing, energy transition, and digital technologies continued to drive equipment demand across several key industries.

Against this backdrop, demand for Haitian’s injection molding technology remained stable across global markets. Overseas sales reached RMB 7,601.5 million, representing 26.4% growth compared with the previous year. Expansion of global manufacturing capacity and overseas investments by industrial customers supported this development, particularly in Southeast Asia and South America.

Domestic sales remained stable at RMB 10,131.7 million, reflecting mixed demand across industries. While sectors such as new energy vehicles and 3C electronics showed strong investment activity, demand in parts of the consumer goods segment softened compared with the previous year.

Product Portfolio Supports Industry Demand

All main machine platforms recorded growth during the year. The two-platen Jupiter Series achieved particularly strong growth, supported by continued investment in the automotive supply chain and the expansion of new energy vehicle production.

The Zhafir electric machine series benefited from a recovery in the electronics sector, while the Mars Series, Haitian’s servo-hydraulic platform, maintained stable demand, supported in part by the international expansion of Chinese manufacturing companies.

Overall, sales of injection molding machines increased 9.7% compared with the previous year to RMB 16,897.3 million.

Looking ahead, Haitian International will continue to pursue a balanced strategy combining a strong domestic presence with further international expansion. This enables the company to respond more flexibly to regional requirements in product design, production, and customer support.

Ruma, 6 November 2025 – Haitian has taken the next step in the development of its new production facility in Ruma, Serbia, holding an internal Open House event for employees and close partners. The site is a key part of Haitian’s European strategy, providing local machine manufacturing, optimized logistics, R&D and long-term growth potential.

The first plant covers around 60,000 sqm production area.

In line with Haitian’s philosophy to Create and Extend Advantage for its customers the plant holds everything to meet various market demands, with additional land available for further expansion.

Production this year will focus on injection molding machines, centered around two proven machine series: The Mars series (servo-hydraulic toggle IMM) and the Jupiter series (servo-hydraulic two-platen IMM). To date, more than 50 machines have been produced, with the first units already delivered.

Alongside the production of machinery, Haitian Serbia will serve as a central hub for supplying spare parts to the European market. With on-site warehouses in Serbia and Germany (the European headquarters), as well as additional decentralized storage points across the continent, Haitian will ensure the rapid availability of key components and minimize customer downtime.

Injection Molding “Plus” at K 2025

With open interfaces, a new IML system, robotics, peripheral devices, and the Go Factory MES, Haitian will demonstrate at K 2025 how modular automation and digitalization increase flexibility in injection molding production.

Open Integration

Haitian linear robots from “Hilectro”
At K Show, the latest generation of Hilectro linear robots is presented for the flexible automation of injection molding processes. Robots are available for clamping forces ranging from 40 to 8,800 tonnes, can handle loads from 4 to 150 kg and can achieve positioning accuracy of up to ±0.02 mm. EtherCAT bus communication and integrated safety and energy-saving functions support precise, fast, and efficient processes.

Peripheral devices
In the field of peripherals, Haitian Smart Solutions offers a wide range of material preparation and – processing equipment, temperature control units, and conveyor and dosing devices that impress with their ease of use and economical operation. The devices can be integrated into automation concepts in a modular way and are designed for reliable series production.

Giebeler has an eventful company history. Initially active in slate mining when it was founded in 1956, the family-owned company now operates in three business areas: precision toolmaking, tool service and series production in injection molding. Having these three areas under one roof offers customers significant advantages. Tools are designed and sampled under real production conditions before being transferred directly to production. For decades, the automotive industry provided the company with a stable foundation. However, the sector’s increasing fragility and unpredictability made a realignment necessary. Today, the automotive sector still accounts for around 50 percent of sales, but this percentage is deliberately declining. In recent years, Giebeler has repositioned itself through targeted diversification, in-house developments, and collaboration with partners in China, some of whom are former employees. The company has a strong family culture with flat hierarchies and personal responsibility. This flexible, independent, and globally minded attitude reflects a remarkable affinity with Haitian.

Giebeler’s production relies on a diverse machine park of 33 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 350 to 16.000 kN. Energy efficiency, process reliability, system flexibility, and operating costs are increasingly important factors in investment decisions. However, the origin of the trusting partnership was another aspect: the service culture of both companies. “We rarely experience service technicians who stay until the problem is truly resolved without hidden additional costs. Haitian and its sales- and service partner ATR have done exactly that.”

Whether connecting to a new MES system or stabilizing a challenging material, the Haitian team quickly arrived on site, stayed until the process was stable, and did not leave production until it was secure. Giebeler himself offers a mobile tool service that provides on-site support to customers. The team is almost like an emergency service, immediately ready to respond when a tool needs maintenance, repair, or quick intervention.

This helps keep production lines stable, even in critical situations. This customer-oriented approach formed the natural bridge to Haitian International. So it’s no coincidence that the Haitian service DNA, embodied by around 40 technicians in Germany and over 200 throughout Europe, resonated.

At Giebeler, production data has long been the basis for decisions – from run-at-rate validations to OEE dashboards. No Downstream Processing:
One-step to the visible part

At K 2025, Haitian International will present a smart, sustainable solution for the automotive industry: the production of visible parts directly from the mold using polypropylene and a pre-decorated film insert. This eliminates the need for painting or other downstream processes. The exhibit features a fifth-generation Jupiter machine combined with a fully integrated automation cell from Haitian Smart Solutions.

The application is a wheel arch for the automotive sector. The special feature is that a preformed decorative film is inserted directly into the mold and bonded with the PP during the injection molding process. There is no need for a transfer station, painting or trimming – the part leaves the mold fully decorated and ready to install.

This streamlined process reduces complexity, material waste and cycle times. At the same time, it enables the use of cost-effective recycled materials while meeting high demands for surface quality. The Jupiter servo-hydraulic two-platen machine provides the necessary precision and stability for such applications, offering a compact footprint and full automation potential.

At K 2025 a Jupiter Series with clamping force of 6,500 kN produces a 450 g part in a single-cavity mold in 60 seconds. Film handling and part removal are fully automated using Haitian Smart Solutions components. The system is also equipped with Haitian’s Go Factory MES for real-time production monitoring and control, as well as the HT·Inject smart feature, which optimizes the injection process in real time and ensures consistent part weights — a critical advantage when processing recycled materials.

This live showcase is the result of close collaboration between Haitian, Oerlikon HRSflow, Inevo, DNP, ExxonMobil, Meusburger and Sesotec. Together, these partners demonstrate how premium quality and economical manufacturing can go hand in hand without compromising process reliability.

Zhafir Zeres medical:
COC live application at K 2025

At K 2025, Zhafir will present the Zeres “medical” – based on our best-selling electric machine series “Zhafir Zeres” and equipped with a dedicated package for medical applications. The GMP-compliant version comes with GoFactory as a standard feature. The integrated interface enables process monitoring and traceability at no additional cost.

The live application on a ZE1500V-300h medical with a 32 mm screw demonstrates the production of a syringe barrel made from COC (Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) using an 8-cavity mold. With a shot weight of 24 grams, the glass-like COC requires precise temperature control and stable injection for high dimensional accuracy. The Zeres medical meets these demands with an injection pressure of up to 2,530 bar and a maximum injection speed of 300 mm/s – ensuring consistent process conditions and repeatable quality.

The Zhafir Medical Package

The machine design is tailored for cleanroom use, featuring stainless steel cladding in the mold area, smooth and easy-to-clean surfaces, an elevated base frame, and the use of NSF-H1 certified lubricants. The control system offers user management, electronic signature, and audit trail functionality. GMP-related documentation requirements are supported by default.

Peripherial and Cleanroom Equipment

All peripheral equipment is supplied by Haitian Smart Solutions, including the dryer, material handling system, and temperature control unit with a setpoint of 110 °C. The cleanroom equipment is provided by partner company Petek and includes a fan filter unit, laminar flow box, and a fully enclosed conveyor system for controlled part handling.

The Zeres medical Series combines electric drive technology with stable process architecture and integrated data capabilities. It is designed for the reliable and cost-efficient series production of high-precision plastic components under regulated medical manufacturing conditions.

Hong Kong, August 18, 2025 – Haitian International, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of plastic injection molding machines, has announced its interim results for the first half of 2025. Revenue reached RMB 9,018.3 million (approx. USD 1.26 billion), driven by robust global demand and strong performance across key product series.

Of particular note, sales volume increased to 29,400+ machines (+8.8%), already exceeding half of the company’s full-year total of 53,000 units in 2024. Overseas sales rose significantly by 34.7% to RMB 3,817.7 million (approx. USD 534.5 million), underscoring the company’s successful global expansion.

The servo-hydraulic Haitian Mars Series (toggle) and Haitian Jupiter Series (two-platen technology) proved to be the key growth drivers in the first half of the year, particularly supported by demand from consumer goods, household appliances, and the rapidly expanding new energy vehicle (NEV) sector. The electric segment also showed clear gains: Zhafir Plastics Machinery, a pioneer in electric solutions, together with the new Niigata brand, increased both sales volume and revenue. With 2,044 machines delivered (+4.6%) and revenue of RMB 1,072.2 million (approx. USD 150.1 million, +5.3%), the electric series confirm their growing importance within Haitian International’s portfolio.

Looking ahead, Haitian is pursuing a consistent internationalization strategy. In total more than 53,000 units were delivered in 2024, representing a growth of 35.5 % compared to the previous year.

Sales of components and services also increased, reaching RMB 723.2 million, further strengthening Haitian’s long-term customer relationships. In response to rising market demand, the company is will further accelerate R&D in smart manufacturing, automation, and energy-efficient solutions, integrating big data and IoT technologies to optimize production efficiency and sustainability.
