As announced at K 2025, Haitian International has officially launched the proven Go Factory Cloud software in Europe. The digital platform was developed specifically for injection molding companies aiming to increase transparency and improve operational efficiency and comes as a standard option with most European machine models.

Go Factory Cloud combines Haitian’s machine technology and digitalization into one consistent system solution. Designed as a true plug-and-play solution, Go Factory is delivered fully integrated with Haitian and Zhafir machines and does not require large investments or complex IT infrastructure. Already delivered machines can easily be retrofitted. For European small- and medium-sized processors, in particular, this ensures an easy transition to digital production with measurable efficiency enhancement.

Go Factory Cloud networks machines through a centralized cloud environment, continuously monitoring key production indicators such as cycle times, output volumes, machine status, and critical process parameters. A dashboard consolidates this information into an intuitive production overview, enabling consistent monitoring across machines and shifts.  Intelligent abnormal alerts identify parameter deviations early and automatically notify operators, supporting proactive process control and ensuring stable, reproducible production.

Integrated, cloud-based data storage secures validated process settings and enables quick, organized access when transferring molds or managing repeat jobs. Automated reporting functions generate transparent production summaries and performance analyses at any time, providing a reliable data foundation for operational and strategic decisions.

The cloud infrastructure is hosted exclusively on European servers and fully complies with all applicable EU data protection regulations, giving clients full and exclusive ownership of their data.
