Level Up! Haitian at Fakuma 2026

At Fakuma 2026, Haitian International puts the focus on practical advantages for plastics processors: efficient machine technology for different industries, flexible integration and automation by Haitian, and an increasingly localized European organization. Two live exhibits at the Haitian booth are complemented by machines at partner booths.
Under the motto “Level Up! Your Advantage,” Haitian demonstrates the practical value its technologies bring to European plastics processors. At its new booth in Hall B1, two live exhibits with a clear industry focus show how performance, efficiency and flexibility come together in production.
For the automotive industry, a Haitian Jupiter Series JU7500V produces a 254 g rear trunk lens from PMMA. The single-cavity light guides application, mold and FLEXflow HRS by Oerlikon, runs with a cycle time of around 65 seconds. The servo-hydraulic two-platen machine is combined with temperature control and an integrated Haitian robot cell, demonstrating a reliable and production-ready solution for demanding automotive components.
For high-volume packaging, a Zhafir Zeres Fast Series ZE3000F, produces 24 HDPE tethered caps in a cycle below 3 seconds (Mold by HTW). The electric packaging solution combines high speed with precise, stable operation and energy-efficient production. A CapWatcher Compact by INTRAVIS combines automated handling and quality inspection with a minimal footprint, delivering reliable performance for high-volume production. For data visualization and process optimization the Zeres will be digitally integrated into the cloud platfrom by Osphim.

Level Up! Your Flexibility
Beyond the individual machines, Haitian demonstrates its capabilities as a turnkey solution provider in Europe. Together with sister company Haitian Smart Solutions, the automation portfolio “by Haitian” has been further expanded, ranging from simple pick-and-place to individually engineered automation solutions.
The focus is on scalable integration. Thereby, open interfaces remain a key part of Haitian’s automation strategy, allowing third-party equipment to be integrated where required. This gives processors the flexibility to adapt automation to different production environments, investment levels and degrees of complexity.

Level Up! Your Possibilities
With the recently opened production facility in Ruma, Serbia, Haitian International is further strengthening its local manufacturing, engineering and support capabilities for the European market.
To date, the site produces servo-hydraulic Mars and Jupiter Series machines and serves as a regional hub for spare parts. At the same time, Haitian is developing local engineering and R&D capabilities for mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, with the objective of adapting machines and integrated solutions more closely to European market requirements.
For European plastics processors, this brings Haitian’s strategy together: global manufacturing strength combined with increasingly local development, production and system integration.

Haitian at Partner Booths
At Gollmer Formen in Hall A2-2213, a Haitian MA900V produces a gas cylinder key from PA6 in a 2-cavity mold with a 30-second cycle. The servo-hydraulic Mars Series demonstrates precise, efficient production combined with intelligent functions and flexible integration.
At TST DE in Hall A1-1512, a Zhafir ZE1500V produces a medical nasal component from LSR in a 4-cavity mold supplied by ELMET. The fifth-generation electric platform combines a compact footprint, shorter dry cycles and upgraded servo control with intelligent functions, providing a flexible solution for demanding applications.
