Haitian JU8800T Successfully Arrives in France

Recently, the Haitian JU8800T ultra-large injection molding machine was officially delivered to France. After the acceptance ceremony in Ningbo, China in October 2023, the machine successfully arrived in France in August 2024 after months of meticulous planning and international logistics, and was smoothly installed and commissioned at the Belli factory.

The Haitian JU8800T ultra-large injection molding machine is the outcome of the expertise and hard work of Haitian engineers at every stage, from design to manufacturing. With machine dimensions of 25.8 x 8.9 x 6 m, a rated clamping force of 88,000 kN and an injection capacity of 134,000 cubic centimeters, it sets new records in the ultra-large injection molding machine industry and represents a significant breakthrough in injection molding technology in the large machinery manufacturing sector.

The machine is accompanied by a robot of similar size. The Haitian Hilectro VD-150ID robot carries a load of 150 kg, has a horizontal stroke of 12 m, a demoulding stroke of 4.4 m and a vertical stroke of 5.2 m.

 The massive transportation operation, included 17 trucks delivering the machine and peripherals parts weighing a total of 800 tons. This is also the first time that such large equipment has been shipped from China to a European country, signifying a remarkable improvement in China’s competitiveness in high-end markets.

 Faced with the challenges of long-distance and heavy equipment transportation across countries, the Haitian team made immense efforts to ensure the safe and smooth arrival of this “giant”. This shipment required a customized ocean freight plan and meticulous planning and execution of every detail of the cross-border transport.

 Upon arrival in France, Haitian’s technical team from Germany, Serbia, China and SAS Haitian France quickly began the intensive installation and commissioning work. From disassembly and assembly to production debugging, each step was performed with care and precision. With 9 engineers working continuously for 5 weeks, the Haitian 8800T was successfully installed and is now ready for operation at the BELLI plant of Nurieux (01 FRANCE) increasing his capacity to produce packaging, houseware and garden/house environment goods.
