Haitian International Germany is excited to once again participate in Kuteno 2024 and present the innovative Zhafir Zeres 5 series for the first time at a German exhibition. This launch is an important milestone as the current series is already one of our best-selling models in Europe due to its flexibility and high efficiency.
Electrifying progress for injection molding
The electric Zeres 5 Series includes a number of hardware and software upgrades that set a new standard for our injection molding technology. These include a new, faster control system, up to 20% faster mold movement and numerous intelligent HT·XTEND functions. Machine features that improve process stability and simplify operation. For example, HT·Inject for stable product quality, HT·Energy, a comprehensive energy monitoring system that measures the energy consumption of all machine movements, and much more.
Best of all, all of these features and upgrades come standard – at the same price as the previous series. Technology to the point.
At Kuteno 2024, the Zhafir Zeres 5 series will give a taste of what is possible. A PP bowl is produced.
Keynote speech by Haitian at Kuteno 2024
For the first time, Haitian will hold a keynote speech on the Thursday of the event. Niels Herz, Sales Manager Germany, will speak on the topic “Innovative and economical? Successfully mastering megatrends in the plastics industry” (German language) and will provide insights into the approach and development of innovations of the world’s largest injection molding machine manufacturer in terms of units.
